The vibrant city of Cape Town recently hosted its annual marathon, which is as much a competition as a celebration of the human spirit. Among the sea of determined faces was one of our own, Mr. Chen, a dedicated teacher from the University of the Western Cape Confucius Institute (UWC CI). Mr Chen not only completed the gruelling 42.195-kilometre race but did so in an astounding 3 hours and seven minutes, shattering his personal best record!
The Cape Town Marathon is a prestigious event that has been painting the roads of Cape Town with the colours of perseverance, sportsmanship, and unity since its inception in 2007.
