Chinese Tea Ceremony

The Confucius Institute (CI) is a collaborative programme with two Chinese universities, Zhejiang Normal University and Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. On the 19th of April 2022, CI of the University of the Western Cape (UWC) hosted a Chinese Tea Ceremony at Groot Constantia, Simon's restaurant. This event made an impact in introducing tea (from the East) that is similar to the wine pairing (from the West), making it into the papers of many news reporters:
